Holiday Tree Search
The snow that visited the Denver area in early November gave me the idea for the photo on this year’s card. I went looking for a nearby tree in one of the parks here on the west side of town, that I could decorate with battery powered lights. It took me seven nights to find the right tree, with the melting snow pushing my search into the foothills. The photo that was chosen for this year’s card is in Bear Creek Canyon west of Idledale, about 10 miles from my office.
Colorado Rivers and Creeks
Beginning in May and extending into June, I drove around Colorado attempting to vist all of the major rivers and creeks in the state. I ended up visiting over ninety different spots and made videos of the rivers at each stop. This slideshow is a quick look at the trip in chronological order. The videos I created can by viewed on my, Tim Krasniewicz, Youtube channel.
